MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

This Ride on Car Maintenance Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between RAWR4KIDS ("Service Provider") and the undersigned owner of the Ride on Car ("Owner").

 

WHEREAS, the Owner seeks to engage RAWR4KIDS for maintenance and repair services for the ride on car described herein; and

WHEREAS, RAWR4KIDS agrees to provide such services under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Owner acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

001. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK

The Owner acknowledges that the ride on car will be stored in a secure facility maintained by RAWR4KIDS. While RAWR4KIDS implements reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of the equipment, the Owner understands that certain risks, including but not limited to fire, theft, or other unforeseen events, cannot be entirely eliminated. The Owner is responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage through a third-party insurer for the ride on car, should they have concerns regarding potential risks.

002. PAYMENT OF COSTS

The Owner agrees to pay the invoiced amount as quoted by RAWR4KIDS for the maintenance and repair services provided. Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment terms specified in the invoice.

003. REPAIR QUOTATIONS

​

The Owner acknowledges that RAWR4KIDS will provide a detailed quotation for any repairs requiring parts or services beyond the scope of the original estimate. RAWR4KIDS will not proceed with such additional repairs until the Owner provides written approval. The Owner understands that delays in providing approval may extend the time required to complete the repairs and return the ride on car.

004. DELIVERY AND RESPONSIBILITY

The Owner confirms that the ride on car was delivered to RAWR4KIDS in full and agrees to remain responsible for the equipment until the completion of the maintenance or repair services, as applicable.

005. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

​

The Owner acknowledges that RAWR4KIDS is not endorsed or authorized by any ride on car manufacturer. Any   maintenance or repair services performed by RAWR4KIDS may void existing warranties provided by the manufacturer. RAWR4KIDS shall not be held liable for any loss of warranty coverage resulting from the services provided under this Agreement.

006. COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS

​

By signing below, the Owner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Owner further confirms that they have received a copy of this Agreement for their records.
